What are some of the ways I keep myself busy outside of my 9-to-5?
I am always looking for ways to pursue what I am interested in and keep myself constantly learning. These projects serve as a working list of some of the most meaningful and invigorating endeavors I have completed.
I was inspired to embark on this project from a friend, who had taken up the hobby of painting the famous Andy Warhol Campbell Soup Can onto skateboards for her friends. I wanted to create a resource where people could visualize the skateboard they wanted her to paint, and then send her the exact colors they wanted.
I thought of each color of the Campbell Skateboard as being a "layer", with each layer having its own color. With this model in mind, I created SVGs for each layer which would then be stacked on top of each other, providing the framework for customizability by the user on a website.
Once you find colors you like, save and name your palette for future reference.
Manage your saved palettes and load one in to see its colors on the board.
Fine-tune the colors you prefer on any section of your board.
